3. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement and required deposit or full payment are received.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• GlitzIQ is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, power issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals from the event venue.

6. Damage and Liability

• The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

• GlitzIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost memories, missed moments, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

7. Use of Images and Media

• By using GlitzIQ services, the client grants GlitzIQ permission to use photos, videos, or other media captured during the event for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.

• Guests are responsible for their own use of images shared or downloaded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the property of GlitzIQ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
